Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests. implementing, optimizing, and governing IT service management processes and tools to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor service performance, SLA compliance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics. conduct process reviews, audits, and compliance assessments. Provide consulting, training,



and guidance on ITSM best practices and service governance.

Skill Requirements

Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and best practices. Experience with ITSM tools. Knowledge of SLA management, reporting, and operational metrics. Excellent communication and consulting skills.

Other Requirements

ITIL Foundation/Intermediate/Managing Qualified certification. Experience in IT Operations, Service Desk, or Service Delivery Management
