Eligibility

- Retired personnel from Kerala Police (Civil Police, Armed Police, Crime Branch, Special Branch, Traffic, Vigilance, or other police wings).
- Good observation, investigation, and reporting skills.
- Physically fit and willing to travel across Kerala.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CCTV monitoring) will be an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage of company branches and Head Office.
- Conduct surprise and scheduled visits to branches across Kerala.
- Identify suspicious activities, security lapses, policy violations, and operational irregularities.
- Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.
- Prepare detailed vigilance and inspection reports with photographic/video evidence where required.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers, Operations, HR, and Management on security-related matters.




- Recommend preventive measures to minimize operational and security risks.
- Monitor employee adherence to security protocols, including ID card usage and visitor management.
- Assist in investigations related to fraud, theft, misconduct, and customer complaints.
- Support the implementation of security awareness and vigilance initiatives across branches.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
