Profile: Regional Sales Manager-ZLD-West India

Experience:

7-12 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, with proven expertise in ZLD, ETP, STP, wastewater treatment solutions, MEE, evaporation systems, or related process equipment. Solid understanding of industrial water and wastewater treatment processes. Roles:

Lead and manage the regional sales team across the West India territory. Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of regional revenue goals. Mentor, coach, and develop team members to improve productivity and sales performance. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market presence. Identify and generate new business opportunities across industrial sectors. Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and key industrial customers. Promote and sell ZLD, ETP, STP, wastewater treatment systems, MEE, and related industrial process solutions. Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations.



Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams. Coordinate with engineering, proposal, and project execution teams for successful project delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, MIS reports, and regional business plans. Represent the organization at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Qualification:

Bachelor//'s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA (Marketing or Sales) will be an added advantage. Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the West India Zone.
