Teaching & Academic Duties

- Deliver lectures, skill-based sessions, demonstrations, and simulations for Emergency and Trauma Care subjects.
- Assist in preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, practical manuals, and assessment tools.
- Guide students in case presentations, assignments, seminars, and project work.
- Conduct internal assessments, practical exams, viva, and assist in university examination-related duties.
- Maintain student attendance, academic performance records, and documentation.

Clinical & Skill Training

- Supervise student clinical postings in Emergency Department, Trauma Unit, Intensive Care Unit, and Ambulance/Pre-hospital care settings.
- Train students in emergency management skills such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS) (as applicable), triage, first aid, and trauma care procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control,



and ethical patient care standards.
- Coordinate with clinical departments for student rotations and training schedules.

Administrative & Institutional Support

- Assist in organizing workshops, CME programs, skill labs, and value-added courses.
- Participate in curriculum updates, quality assurance processes, and NAAC/NABH-related documentation (as required).
- Support departmental meetings, academic audits, and student counselling activities.
- Assist in maintaining equipment, simulation lab materials, and academic resources.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
