We are looking for a CRM cum Sales Executive** with excellent communication and customer handling skills.
**Requirements:**
* 0–2 years of experience in CRM or sales (Freshers can also apply) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Robust customer relationship and follow-up skills * Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets * Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools .
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
* Maintain customer relationships and CRM records .
* Support sales activities and achieve sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer service.
