Lead and drive the strategic vision for large-scale insurance operations across the Lloyd's insurance markets. Build scalable operating models, strengthen executive client partnerships, drive operational transformation, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and deliver business growth through operational excellence, innovation, and high-performing global teams.

Responsibilities

- Define and execute the long-term strategy for insurance operations across the Lloyd's insurance markets.
- Build and strengthen executive relationships with global clients while driving business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Provide executive leadership for large-scale, multi-client insurance operations and serve as the senior escalation point for strategic client and operational matters.
- Oversee end-to-end insurance operations including underwriting support, policy administration, policy servicing, accounting support, claims support, renewals, and reporting.
- Drive enterprise-wide operational transformation through process standardization, automation,



analytics, and digital technologies while ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance.
- Build high-performing leadership teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, risk-controlled, and client-centric outcomes.

Requirements

- 18+ years of experience in insurance operations with significant leadership experience across the Lloyd's insurance markets.
- Deep expertise in insurance operating models, policy administration systems, underwriting support, and core insurance operations.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-client insurance operations while managing executive client stakeholders and global delivery teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, operational transformation, and people leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree (MBA) or insurance certifications preferred.
