Contract Drafting and Vetting:

- Drafting and analyzing agreements above ensuring precision, accuracy, and adherence to legal standards and timelines.

- Reviewing and vetting contracts to identify potential risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations as necessary.

- Possessing in-depth understanding of corporate laws, ensuring legal documents comply with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Legal Advisory:

- Providing legal advice to clients on a broad spectrum of transactional matters and allied legal issues.

- Staying up-to-date with legal industry trends, developments, and changes in laws related to transaction advisory, commercial agreements, and relevant sectors.

Negotiation





- Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients to safeguard their interests and secure favorable terms within contractual arrangements.

Contract Management

- Implementing a comprehensive contract management system to track contract lifecycle, deadlines, and key milestones.

- Maintaining a repository of the contracts, related documents, and correspondence.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in law

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in transaction advisory and drafting of commercial agreements.

- Strong drafting, research, and verbal communication skills.

- Skills in strategizing a Transaction and providing appropriate advisory.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free content.

- Expertise in transactional and contractual terminology and concepts.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
