Near Me Properties Pvt. Limited is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with clients, and scheduling property visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential customers from provided leads and databases
- Explain property details and project information to clients
- Generate and maintain customer interest in real estate projects
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
- Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements : ( Females Preferred)

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English




- Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling software
- Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
