• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Strengthen brand positioning through impactful campaigns and consistent communication across all marketing channels.
• Plan and manage integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, television, and offline platforms.
• Generate quality leads and support sales teams in achieving business, disbursement, and conversion targets.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.




• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and marketing agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns aligned with brand standards.
• Track campaign performance using data, KPIs, and analytics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Drive market expansion through customer outreach, promotional initiatives, and lead generation programs.
• Work closely with Business Development, Regional Managers, and branch teams to ensure marketing initiatives contribute directly to organizational growth and sales objectives.
