About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to head our Placements & Corporate Relations function at a leading management institute in New Delhi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving campus placements, strengthening corporate partnerships, expanding recruiter relationships, and creating meaningful industry engagement opportunities for MBA/PGDM students. This role requires a robust blend of relationship management, strategic thinking, business development, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the institute's placement and corporate relations strategy.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with recruiters, HR leaders, business heads, founders, and hiring managers across industries.
- Drive final placements and internship opportunities for MBA/PGDM students.
- Expand the institute's recruiter network by acquiring new hiring partners and strengthening existing relationships.
- Collaborate with academic, student affairs, alumni, admissions, and marketing teams to enhance career outcomes and employer branding.
- Organize corporate engagement initiatives including guest lectures, leadership talks, live projects, industry visits, competitions, and networking events.
- Track industry hiring trends and align placement strategies with evolving business requirements.




- Lead and mentor the Placements & Corporate Relations team while driving operational excellence and accountability.
- Represent the institute at corporate events, industry forums, and networking platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Placements and Corporate Relations.
- Prior experience working with a Management Institute, Business School.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing recruiter relationships across multiple industry sectors.
- Strong understanding of campus hiring practices and employer expectations.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work with senior corporate leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities.
