- Lead a team of 10–12 QC Executives.
- Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Minimize defects, wastage, and customer complaints.
- Handle client and external quality audits.
- Train QC staff and production operators.
- Maintain quality records and implement corrective & preventive actions
