Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and motivated ITI-pass candidates to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed their ITI certification and are looking to build a career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our machinery and equipment to ensure seamless production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
✔Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
✔Assist in the assembly, installation, and alignment of new machinery.
✔Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
✔Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve technical issues.
✔Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
✔Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
✔Suggest improvements to enhance equipment performance and longevity.

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

✔Proficiency in fitting, assembling, and repairing mechanical equipment.
✔Knowledge of tools, machinery, and equipment used in manufacturing.
✔Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
✔Basic understanding of electrical systems (preferred but not mandatory).





Soft Skills:

✔Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
✔Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
✔Time management and the ability to work under pressure.

Education/Certifications:

✔ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter, Electrician, or related trades.
✔Additional certifications in mechanical maintenance or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

✔0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
✔Freshers with a strong interest in mechanical systems are encouraged to apply.
✔Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.
