Shape the future of Life Sciences as a Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant will play a key part in executing impactful projects and transforming complex data into strategic narratives for life sciences clients.

Location: Chennai, Pune, Gurugram

Roles/responsibilities:

- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner closely with the US team to deeply understand client needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans for the project team.
- Project Ownership – Develop detailed project plans, track progress against them, and lead 5–7 concurrent client engagements at a time, from design through delivery.
- Strategic Insight Delivery – Review project data and analysis to translate complex findings into powerful, client-ready strategic narratives.
- Client-Facing Delivery – Prepare and review meeting content, participate in client discussions, and lead sections of presentations directly with senior client stakeholders.




- Team Enablement – Mentor and coach team members, build functional capability, and improve process efficiency within the delivery team.
- Operational Problem-Solving – Debottleneck project operations by intervening at key inflection points to keep delivery smooth and on track.

Required Skills/Expertise:

- Background – 5–7 years of experience in market research, business analytics, or consulting, with a degree in life sciences or a quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, business, statistics, mathematics).
- Technical Ability – Proven ability to prepare and deliver analytically robust, data-driven strategic stories.
- Leadership – Demonstrated experience leading project teams.
- Work Ethic – Comfortable managing multiple concurrent, high-touch client engagements in a fast-paced, flat-structure environment.
- Preferred – Experience in additional healthcare market intelligence functions (competitive intelligence, sales analytics, forecasting), qualitative market research, and/or Life Sciences or Healthcare industry experience.
