Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to drive business growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies, while also identifying and executing new healthcare projects. This is a leadership role that demands a combination of strategic thinking, strong execution, and a passion for healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership for overall business development, sales, and marketing operations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion into new hospitals, regions, and healthcare segments.
- Build and lead the business development team for effective client acquisition and relationship management.
- Develop and manage marketing strategies across digital, print, and healthcare platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Build partnerships with hospitals, government bodies, and healthcare associations to promote CIPACA’s services.
- Evaluate the feasibility and ROI of new projects, and lead them from concept to implementation.
- Represent the company at high-level meetings, conferences, and networking events.





Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience (8+ years) in leadership roles in sales & marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospital administration, or healthcare startups.
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and strategic project execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- A visionary mindset with a track record of delivering business growth.
- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management or equivalent preferred.
