About the Role

N2X (Next Movement), a premium Gen Z-focused athleisure brand, is looking for a Marketing & Branding Head to lead brand strategy, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and launch campaigns. This is a high-ownership role working closely with the Founder and Creative Director to build a robust brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive brand strategy and ensure consistent brand identity.
- Plan and execute content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Manage influencer collaborations and creator partnerships.
- Coordinate campaign shoots, creative assets, and marketing initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor the marketing/content team.




- Collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams to support business growth.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or D2C marketing.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or activewear brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, branding, and project management skills.
- Startup experience and exposure to Myntra, Flipkart, or CRM/loyalty programs is an advantage.
