A premium multi-brand automotive service, repair, detailing, and skilling center based in Chennai is seeking a creative, passionate, and execution-focused Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to strengthen their digital presence through compelling content, engaging storytelling, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars across all digital platforms.
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create engaging content, including:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Customer testimonials
- Before & After transformations
- Car care tips
- Educational automotive content
- Workshop walkthroughs
- Employee spotlights
- Event highlights
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos within the workshop.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and call-to-actions that drive engagement.
- Publish daily stories and manage community interactions across all platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Capture and create content during events, workshops, customer deliveries, and community activities.
- Update website content, blogs, and service pages to ensure relevance and consistency.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Canva Pro.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software.




- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Social media management expertise.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and optimization strategy
- Experience managing Google Business Profile.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing reels, videos, graphics, and social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
