Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused IPQA Executive to ensure that in-process materials and finished goods consistently meet predefined standards. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining GMP compliance and product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
✔Conduct line clearance before the start of manufacturing/packaging activities.
✔Monitor manufacturing and packing activities to ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines.
✔Perform in-process quality checks (weight variation, fill volume, labeling, etc.) at defined intervals.
✔Review batch manufacturing records (BMR) and packaging records (BPR) during processing.
✔Identify and report deviations, discrepancies, and non-conformances.
✔Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and handling of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
✔Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations.
✔Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.

Education
✔B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related science discipline




OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences

Hard Skills
✔Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and QMS in cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing
✔Hands-on experience with documentation like BMR, BPR, SOPs
✔Familiarity with equipment cleaning validation, line clearance, and sampling procedures
✔Understanding of regulatory and quality standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, AYUSH if applicable)

Soft Skills
✔Excellent observation and reporting skills
✔Strong communication and coordination abilities
✔Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
✔Attention to detail and a high degree of integrity

Experience
✔2–4 years of experience in IPQA, preferably in cosmetic, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
