ob Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, and convert them into sales. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and have excellent communication skills to interact with customers across Kerala. Experience in agricultural machinery, dairy equipment, or industrial products is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from customers across Kerala.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable agricultural and dairy machinery.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Follow up with prospective customers until order closure.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Service teams for order execution.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.




- Collect customer feedback and identify upselling opportunities.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales MIS.

Qualifications

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Experience in Agricultural Machinery, Dairy Equipment, Farm Implements, Industrial Machinery, or Manufacturing is preferred.

Skills Required

- Fluency in Malayalam (Mandatory).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
