Salary:₹2 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience, skills, and performance)

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Plan and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research, content mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, including site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing, and schema implementation.
- Improve organic rankings and website traffic through proven SEO practices.
- Develop backlink acquisition and internal linking strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

- Optimize content for Featured Snippets and "People Also Ask" results.
- Implement FAQ, How-To, and other structured data (Schema Markup).
- Optimize content for voice search and conversational queries.
- Create concise,



intent-focused answers that improve answer engine visibility.
- Structure content for maximum discoverability across modern search experiences.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Create entity-rich, authoritative content following Google's E-E-A-T principles.
- Develop AI-friendly content structures using headings, tables, FAQs, and semantic organization.
- Increase brand visibility across trusted sources referenced by AI models, including Reddit, Quora, industry publications, and authoritative websites.
- Stay updated with emerging AI search trends and implement innovative optimization strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of modern SEO concepts and best practices.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and leading SEO tools.
- Knowledge of Schema Markup and Technical SEO.
- Experience in content optimization and AI-assisted search strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage SEO campaigns and deliver measurable organic growth.
