Job Summary

- We are looking for a skilled professional who specializes in converting paper-based or PDF forms into fully functional online forms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JotForm or similar online form-building tools and be proficient in using AI tools to automate and streamline form conversion. Programming knowledge and experience designing forms for multiple signers are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert physical, PDF, or legacy forms into dynamic online forms
- Design and build forms using JotForm or other online form platforms




- Utilize AI tools to automate form creation and optimization
- Develop multi-signer workflows (e-signature, approval flows, conditional logic)
- Apply programming logic (JavaScript, APIs, webhooks) to enhance form functionality
- Ensure forms are user-friendly, secure, and scalable
- Integrate forms with third-party systems (CRM, databases, email workflows, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and optimize form performance and data accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust hands-on experience with JotForm or similar online form tools
- Experience converting complex forms into digital workflows
- Knowledge of AI-based tools for form automation or document processing
- Programming skills (JavaScript, APIs, webhooks, or backend scripting)
- Experience designing and managing multi-signer forms
- Understanding of form validation, conditional logic, and data handling
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of e-signature compliance and workflows
- Familiarity with document automation and workflow optimizationRole & responsibilities
