? Department: Two Wheeler Loan Division
? Experience: 7–10 Years
? Reports To: MD & JMD

We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic leader to head the operations of our Two Wheeler Loan division. If you have a solid background in vehicle finance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth — this is the opportunity for you

? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the entire sales and operations team
✅ Drive disbursement growth and expand dealer/DSA network
✅ Ensure portfolio quality – collections, bounce rates & NPAs
✅ Collaborate with credit, risk, and compliance departments
✅ Present business performance reports to MD/JMD

? Ideal Candidate:

8+ years of experience in Vehicle/Two Wheeler Finance

Strong network of dealers and channel partners

Proven experience in team management and business scaling

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
