Job Description:
Sahaye Group is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Attend customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel for client meetings.
