Job Title: Legal Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The role will involve court hearings, case filings, land litigation, and land registration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Legal Drafting: Draft, vet, and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.

- Court Proceedings: Represent the organization in court hearings, and manage case filings and other legal proceedings.

- Land Litigation: Handle land-related disputes and litigation, including land acquisition, registration, and other land-related matters.

- Land Registration Process:



Manage the land registration process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Legal Advice: Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters, including compliance, contracts, and disputes.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the organization's operations.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including management and other departments, to identify and mitigate legal risks.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
