Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced TNPSC Trainer to coach aspirants preparing for TNPSC Group I, Group II, Group IIA, and Group IV examinations. The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students towards success in competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and online sessions for TNPSC Group I, II, IIA, and IV aspirants.
- Teach General Studies subjects including History, Geography, Indian Polity, Economy, General Science, Current Affairs, Aptitude & Mental Ability, and General Tamil/General English.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, class notes, and question banks.
- Conduct chapter-wise tests, mock tests, revision classes, and answer discussions.
- Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback and mentoring.
- Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and preparation techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest TNPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and current affairs.
- Develop high-quality practice questions and model test papers.




- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and student outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates who have cleared or appeared for TNPSC Group I, II, IIA, or IV examinations are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of the TNPSC syllabus and examination pattern.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil (English proficiency is an added advantage).
- Ability to teach and simplify complex concepts.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Content development and test preparation.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/online teaching platforms.
