Role and Responsibilities

- Candidates must carry experience of around 5 to 7 years in contract handling, contact engineer, Sr. contract engineer, tender management, quantity surveyor or Sr. Quantity Surveyor.
- Preparing and managing potential civil contractors in the market. Assist the Head of Contracts in determining the contract strategy, timely release of multiple contracts, tracking the contracts against the budget, drafting and finalizing the general and specific conditions of the contract in collaboration with legal teams.
- Vendor management: Maintaining a database of contractors and vendors capable to undertake work of varying scale. Evaluating the performance of contractors on a periodic basis and updating the database
- Contract Award: Rate analysis and Negotiation with prospective contractors. Float the contract enquiry and prepare comparative statements.



Prepare, review, and finalize work orders, consultant agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Stakeholder coordination: Coordinate with project, procurement, and legal teams for contract execution.
- Track project costs, variations, and ensure compliance with GST and other regulations
- Maintain contract documentation and support in dispute/claim resolution

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
