Clinical Care

- Conduct initial assessment and examination of patients.
- Provide timely medical treatment, stabilize critical patients, and initiate emergency protocols when needed.
- Monitor and review admitted patients regularly.
- Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.

Emergency Support

- Attend to all emergency cases brought to the casualty/emergency department.
- Perform basic life-saving procedures (BLS/ACLS).
- Assist senior consultants during emergencies or critical procedures.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with consultants for patient updates, referrals, and treatment clarifications.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff for proper care implementation.
- Update patient relatives regarding the patient’s condition as allowed by hospital policies.





Hospital Protocol Compliance

- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and infection-control practices.
- Report critical incidents, unusual occurrences, or medico-legal cases promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation for admissions, transfers, referrals, and discharges.

Administrative Duties

- Oversee ward functioning during duty hours.
- Ensure proper handover to the next DMO/consultant.
- Assist in audits, quality checks, and other administrative tasks when required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
