Our client, a fast-growing Proprietary Trading Firm with global expansion plans, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven marketing initiatives and strengthen its global brand presence.

This role is central to driving trader acquisition and promoting the firm’s digital trading services across international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, combined with solid exposure to the proprietary trading or financial trading industry.

The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborates closely with the Operations & Risk team to support sustainable growth and trader quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote assigned services through your own marketing channels.
- Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and financial forums.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new marketing opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools relevant to the financial trading industry.
- Represent the brand consistently and responsibly
- Create and manage marketing campaigns
- Recruitment and Retention of Traders
- Track and report referral performance
- Generate qualified leads and referrals
- Communicate offers ethically and professionally

Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.



Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within financial services or trading industries.
- Experience in Proprietary Trading or Trading Brokerage Services
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- Proprietary Trading Firms
- Trading Platforms
- Brokerage or Financial Services Marketing
