- Provide professional nursing care to patients with a tracheostomy in the home setting.
- Monitor airway patency, breathing pattern, oxygen saturation, and vital signs regularly.
- Perform sterile tracheostomy care, including cleaning the stoma and changing dressings as prescribed.
- Carry out tracheal suctioning safely to maintain a clear airway and prevent secretion buildup.
- Administer medications, nebulization, oxygen therapy, and enteral feeding as per the physician's orders.
- Observe for signs of infection, tube blockage, accidental decannulation, bleeding, or respiratory distress, and respond promptly.
- Maintain and check emergency equipment such as suction machines, oxygen cylinders, Ambu bags, and spare tracheostomy tubes.
- Educate and support family members on daily tracheostomy care, suctioning techniques, infection prevention,



and emergency management.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, monitor patient progress, and communicate regularly with the treating physician and healthcare team.
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, safety, and infection control while delivering compassionate, high-quality home nursing care.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
