We are looking for candidates for the mentioned positions for our clients in US Healthcare.

Skills Required:
– Must have experience in AR (US Healthcare)

– Excellent Analytical Skills
– Ability to Multitask

Role and Responsibilities:

– Ensure the TAT and Quality of projects handled
– Oversee the quality of deliverables
– Execute projects effectively and efficiently
– Maintain records of client updates
– Set Targets for team leads and processors
– Track performance and progress of the shift
– Maintain process documents and regular updates
– Conduct daily team briefs and ensure targets are met




– Extend shifts if necessary to meet targets
– Provide employee training and ensure service level standards
– Identify training needs and recommend external training
– Conduct refresher/process training and evaluate effectiveness

– Knowledge on Denials management and A/R fundamentals is must.
– Willingness to work in night shifts.
– Good knowledge of excel
