Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and create engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be camera-friendly, passionate about social media, and comfortable creating videos, visiting clients for testimonials, and building our brand online.

Freshers with robust communication skills and a passion for content creation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Appear in videos and represent the brand on social media platforms.
- Visit clients to record video testimonials, success stories, and promotional content.
- Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns and company events.
- Write engaging captions and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Support digital marketing initiatives,



including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns (training can be provided).
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Creative thinking with an eye for visual content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills are preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Surat for client visits and content creation.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating Instagram Reels and LinkedIn content.
- Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience managing business social media accounts is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
