Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant – Infor Workforce Management (WFM) to provide Application Management Services (AMS) and Application Development Services (ADS). The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in the Infor WFM platform (formerly Workbrain), hands-on experience with system integrations, and the ability to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise Workforce Management solutions.

The role involves owning the technical aspects of the Infor WFM application, ensuring system stability, optimizing performance, and managing integrations with Oracle E-Business Suite (HRMS, Payroll, and Projects).

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

- 4.5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Workforce Management (WFM) / Workbrain.




- Strong technical knowledge of Infor WFM architecture and core modules:
- Time & Attendance
- Scheduling
- Accruals
- Backend Job Processing
- Experience with Infor WFM integrations and APIs.
- Experience building and supporting:
- Employee Data Interfaces
- Payroll Extracts
- Labor Exports
- Strong knowledge of:
- SQL (Oracle/SQL Server)
- XML
- CSV
- Flat Files
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting:
- Pay Rules
- Accrual Policies
