Reela is a growing Indo-Western clothing brand and we’re looking for a hands-on, self-driven designer who can own garments end-to-end — from concept to final QC.

This is a startup role, not a desk-only design position.

What You’ll Do

* Design Indo-Western / Indian occasionwear aligned with the Reela aesthetic

* Develop styles, silhouettes, and variations independently

* Prepare transparent design briefs (sketches, measurements, fabrics)

* Coordinate sampling & follow-ups with vendors and tailors

* Handle complete garment QC before dispatch

* Assist with fittings, shoots, exhibitions & styling when required

QC Responsibility (Non-Negotiable)

You will be responsible for full garment QC, including:

* Stitch quality & seam strength

* Fit & measurement accuracy

* Symmetry & finishing

* Fabric defects & overall presentation

* Ensuring garments are showroom-ready

Who This Role Is For





✔ 2–3 years experience in Indian / Indo-Western wear

✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

✔ Can multitask without constant supervision

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
