About the Role

We are the fintech platform division of a billion-dollar family office HQ in NY focused on private credit and asset-based finance, with a business model similar to KKR, Apollo, and Blackstone — institutional-grade private credit, but built natively as a digital platform for direct investor access.

We are hiring our first India leader to build our Gurugram Global Capability Center (GCC) from zero to 30 people over 18 months.

This is a founding hire reporting directly to the US-based partner You will personally build the team, write SOPs from scratch, manage the wind-down of legacy contractors, and run daily operations across six functional pillars: Marketing, Investor Operations, Finance, Sales/IR Support, Technology, and Compliance.

This is a builder role, not a corporate leadership role. The first 6-9 months involve 12-hour days, hands-on hiring, personally writing SOPs, and being the most operationally engaged person in the room. There is no support staff. There are no PowerPoint reviews.

Who We Want

- Currently a Senior Manager / Director / Senior Director at a fintech or financial services GCC — NOT a C-suite executive looking for a comfortable seat• Has personally been part of building a GCC for a US/global financial services company (Yieldstreet, iCapital, Addepar, OneTrust, EquityZen, Smallcase, Razorpay, Groww, INDmoney, Zerodha, or similar)• 10-15 years of operations experience with at least 5 years hands-on (writing SOPs,



hiring teams yourself, running daily execution)• Hungry, under-titled, ready for a two-step career jump to Head/Country Head level• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate immediately

Key Responsibilities

- Build the Gurugram GCC from zero to 30 full time employees over 18 months• Personally lead recruiting for the first 8-10 hires• Write SOPs for every operational workstream• Wind down legacy remote contractors and replace with full-time in-office hires• Bring marketing agencies (Meta, Google) in-house under a Marketing Ops Lead by Month 6• Drive Pvt Ltd entity registration and EOR-to-payroll transition• Run daily standups with the US team during morning ET / evening IST overlap• Travel to Florida quarterly for in-person reviews

Compensation

- Fixed: ₹45,00,000 – ₹60,00,000 per annum• Performance Bonus:



15-20% tied to Phase 1 milestones• ESOP: 0.50% – 1.00% (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)• Promotion Path: Country Head at Month 12-18 with comp step-up to ₹70-90L• Benefits: Health insurance, 24 days leave, statutory contributions• Travel: Quarterly trips to Boca Raton, Florida

Required Qualifications

- 10-12 years operations experience in fintech, wealthtech, lending, or financial services• Mandatory: Direct experience building or scaling a GCC for a US/global financial services company• Hands-on hiring experience (you have personally closed 10+ mid-senior hires in the last 3 years)• Track record working with US-based leadership across time zones• Excellent written and verbal English• Currently based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate immediately• MBA NOT required — operating track record over credentials
