Role Overview

We are actively seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and responsible Gunman (Armed Security Guard) to join our elite protection team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for guarding designated premises, high-net-worth individuals, or in-transit valuables (such as cash or jewelry).

The ideal candidate must possess a valid, state-issued (or All-India) firearm license, demonstrate exemplary weapon-handling safety, and possess a calm, composed temperament. Your primary function is to deter threats through a highly professional physical presence and to respond swiftly and responsibly to emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Asset & Premises Protection: Guard life, property, and sensitive premises against theft, trespassing, vandalism, or any physical threats.
- Safe Weapon Handling: Carry and maintain a legally licensed firearm at all times during duty hours, strictly adhering to safety protocols and local laws.
- Escort Services: Provide secure armed escort for cash-in-transit (CIT) vehicles, high-value asset transportation, or VIP clients.
- Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of assigned areas to identify and neutralize potential security risks.
- Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification,



and ensure only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first line of defense during emergencies; coordinate effectively with local police and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Incident Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of security activities and immediately report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the shift supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Licensing: MUST possess a valid Gun License (e.g., DBBL, SBBL, or Handgun) valid in [Insert State, e.g., Karnataka/Delhi] or an All-India license.
- Experience: 1-2 year minimum or Freshers can also apply.
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Physical & Mental Fitness: Must be medically and physically fit, possessing excellent vision and hearing. A calm, even temperament and psychological stability under pressure are mandatory.
- Clean Background: Must have a completely clean police record and pass rigorous background verification.
- Communication: Good observational skills and the ability to communicate clearly in Hindi/English

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
