Job Description:

Ensure timely compliance with all statutory approvals, licenses, and safety regulations (PESO, DISH, Factory Act, SMPV Rules, etc.) Manage periodic inspections, testing, and certifications for pressure vessels, fire systems, lifting equipment, and utilities Monitor unsafe acts/conditions and implement corrective actions Investigate incidents, near misses & ensure RCA and CAPA closure Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory documentation Ensure availability and usage of PPE and and emergency systems. Support Safety Committee activities and training programs

Qualification:

B.Sc. Chemistry / B.E. Chemical Engineering Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS - Mandatory)

Skills:

Knowledge of chemical plant safety practices Familiarity with OSHA & statutory compliance Good observation, reporting, and coordination skills

Experience:

1-3 years experience in hazardious Chemicals safety activities
