We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller cum Counsellor to guide prospective students, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of Digital Marketing to effectively explain our courses and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing and other professional courses.
- Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, fees, and admission process.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for lead management.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents through professional communication.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and career opportunities.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a target-driven environment.
