Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, sales targets, and staff performance.
- Offer expert fashion advice and styling tips to customers.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising aligns with current fashion trends.
- Build solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Train and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Handle stock management and coordinate with suppliers.
