Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing and business development activities for our healthcare and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare or pharma marketing, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and business growth
- Develop referral marketing activities and professional networking initiatives
- Coordinate branding, promotional campaigns, and awareness programs
- Build and maintain solid relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership collaborations
- Conduct field marketing activities and corporate outreach programs
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare activity reports
- Coordinate events, campaigns, and healthcare promotional activities
- Support branch-level marketing and business development initiatives

Required Skills

- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare marketing, pharma marketing, or business development
- Ability to build professional healthcare networks and referral systems
- Good planning, coordination,



and team management abilities
- Knowledge of branding, promotions, and digital marketing basics
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Healthcare / Pharma Marketing preferred
- Experience in hospital, clinic, rehabilitation, or medical field marketing is an added advantage
