About the Role

PolicyX.com is looking for a Partner Onboarding Executive – POSP Life to onboard, manage, and support POSP (Point of Sales Person) partners for the Life Insurance business. The ideal candidate should have experience in partner onboarding, insurance sales, or agency/channel management and possess strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new POSP partners for the Life Insurance vertical.
- Manage partner registration, KYC, and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance on Life Insurance offerings.
- Support partners throughout the sales process and resolve their queries.
- Track partner performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.

Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales, Partner Onboarding, Agency Channel, or a related role.
- Candidates with a Life Insurance background will be preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
