- Oversee all F&B; outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, room service).
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards.
- Maintain luxury hospitality standards expected in a 5-star property.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain personalized service standards and guest engagement.
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B; team members.
- Conduct regular training on service standards, grooming, and product knowledge.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage shifts, and monitor staff performance.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
- Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Control food and beverage costs, minimize wastage.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Work closely with Executive Chef for menu planning.
- Ensure menu quality, presentation, and pricing meet luxury standards.
- Introduce new concepts, promotions, and seasonal menus.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Control pilferage, wastage, and over-ordering.




- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Maintain cleanliness in all F&B; areas.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Oversee conferences, weddings, and special events.
- Coordinate with clients for event planning and execution.
- Ensure high-quality service during events.
- Liaise with suppliers for quality products at best prices.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain valuable relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality checks.
- Plan promotions, offers, and special events.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing team.
- Enhance brand image and attract new guests.
- Monitor food and beverage quality regularly.
- Conduct inspections of outlets and service standards.
- Ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and staff performance.
- Attend management meetings and provide updates.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹51,000.00 per month
