- At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting problem definition requirement elicitation
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management areas such as Product Owner Product Manager and ability to interface with customers and other stakeholders
- Product Management experience in a Global Delivery Model
- Experience with Product Strategy and Business Alignment
- Experience in Crew Management Solutions is desirable

- You will be contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle
- You will be intensely involved in business process consulting you will define the problem propose and create the solution
- You should be able to provide inputs for Functional Solution design Product Strategy definition and work on business alignment
- You should have sound client and stakeholder management skills and experience in working in a Global Delivery Model
- You will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope
- You will have the prospect to shape value adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
