About this role
The Senior Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Improvement Specialist supports the ISC Improvement organization by documenting, executing, and sustaining defined work processes, systems, and standards that enable consistent, compliant, and high‑quality operations across the Integrated Supply Chain. The role contributes to business growth, service reliability,



and cost‑to‑serve productivity by identifying, executing, and sustaining improvement initiatives within a defined scope, which primarily span a single supply‑chain sub‑function such as Customer Service but may also extend across multiple sub‑functions of the end‑to‑end value chain. Working closely with ISC improvement Leader, ISC Improvement Managers and cross‑functional stakeholders, the Senior ISC Improvement Specialist is accountable for end‑to‑end execution of assigned initiatives within defined scope and established ISC Improvement governance , including problem framing, maintaining and updating process documentation, supporting users, coordinating and reinforcing trainings, and collaborating with teams across ISC Operations, Planning, Logistics, Capability, and IT to deliver prioritized solutions. A core expectation of the role is the identification, development, and use of meaningful metrics to enable data‑backed storytelling
