About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound and Inbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
- Acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Promote and sell Digital Marketing services and Real Estate products.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.




- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Solid experience in calling, lead generation, and client conversion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience in Digital Marketing or Real Estate sales is preferred.
