Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and drive project sales.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Generate and convert leads into bookings.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
- Build relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Coordinate with the marketing and pre-sales teams.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree.
- 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
