Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dentist (BDS) with 3+ years of clinical experience to provide quality dental care, handle patient consultations, perform dental procedures, and support smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat common dental and oral health conditions.

Perform dental procedures including RCTs, restorations, extractions, scaling, crowns, bridges, and preventive treatments.

Examine patients, evaluate X-rays, and prepare appropriate treatment plans.

Explain treatment procedures, costs, and preventive oral care to patients.

Ensure excellent patient experience and maintain strong patient relationships.

Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.

Follow infection-control, sterilization,



and clinic safety protocols.

Coordinate with dental assistants, front-office staff, and other clinical team members.

Guide and support junior dentists when required.

Contribute to treatment acceptance, patient follow-ups, and clinic performance.

Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

Good hands-on experience in general dentistry and RCTs.

Excellent patient communication and counselling skills.

Good treatment planning and decision-making ability.

Strong interpersonal and team-management skills.

Knowledge of dental equipment, procedures, and infection-control standards.

Telugu and English communication skills preferred.

Eligibility

BDS from a recognized dental college.

Valid Dental Council registration.

Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience.

Candidates with corporate dental clinic experience will be preferred.

Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
