Job Description – Sales Manager | Sourcing + Closing | South Pune

Company Overview

PropXLreight is a strategic real estate consulting and mandate sales arm of Kribaga Realty Pvt Ltd operating across Pune and Mumbai. Founded by Krishna Bagaria, former VP at Godrej Properties, the firm specializes in mandate sales execution, CP-led sourcing, and real estate go-to-market strategies for developers.

We are currently hiring Sales Managers for a residential mandate project located near ISKCON Temple, Kondhwa.

Location

Project Site – Near ISKCON Temple, Kondhwa, Pune

Experience

2–4 years of experience in real estate sales.
Mandatory experience in builder-side sales or mandate sales.

Candidates with sourcing + closing exposure will be preferred.

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Fixed)

Joining Requirement

Immediate joining preferred

Working Days

6 days/week
1 weekly off between Monday / Tuesday

Reporting To

Project Sales Head

Role Purpose

To drive end-to-end sales for the assigned mandate project through:

- CP sourcing and broker activation
- Direct lead generation activities
- Customer handling and site visit closures

The role requires a strong mix of sourcing capability and on-site sales closing ability.

Key Responsibilities





- Generate leads through Channel Partners (CPs) and direct activations
- Conduct regular CP meetings and broker engagement activities
- Coordinate and attend customer site visits
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective buyers
- Drive closures from walk-ins and sourced leads
- Maintain daily follow-ups with leads and CPs
- Ensure timely CRM updates and sales reporting
- Support weekend sales activities and project events

Candidate Profile – Must Haves

- Mandatory experience in real estate builder sales or mandate sales
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Experience in both sourcing and closing preferred
- Comfortable working in target-driven sales environment
- Knowledge of South Pune micro-market is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
