About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer Fresher to join our product development team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Senior Designers to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences for our software products.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about design, user research, problem-solving, and creating intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and UI components.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and design standards across products.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate improvements into designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Knowledge of design tools such as:
- Figma
- Adobe XD
- Sketch (optional)
- Adobe Creative Suite (optional)
- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of typography,



color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Internship, academic project, or certification in UI/UX Design is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend design concepts is an advantage.
- Experience working on case studies, product redesigns, or personal design projects is preferred.
