Kaidoko is a fast-growing EdTech and AI-driven organization focused on building innovative learning and development solutions. We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to help strengthen our digital presence and engage our growing audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop creative captions, post copies, and content ideas aligned with the brand's voice.
- Maintain and manage the social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content strategies.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to execute campaigns.
- Support branding, promotional activities,
and product launches through social media initiatives.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity with an eye for engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
