- Graduate/ Post Graduate in English Literature or related field
- B.Ed. is mandatory
- 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in CBSE schools
- Fluent in English with strong command over grammar and literature
- Ability to use creative methods and up-to-date pedagogy
