Dr. Bansal's Arogya Hospital 20 bedded superspeciality hospital is inviting applications from enthusiastic and dedicated Resident Medical Officers (RMO) who are passionate about patient care and eager to gain hands-on clinical experience in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Position

Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Job Responsibilities

- Management of OPD and IPD patients under consultant supervision.
- Initial patient assessment, examination, documentation, and clinical management.
- Monitoring admitted patients and coordinating inpatient care.
- Assisting consultants during ward rounds and emergency management.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
- Coordinating with nursing staff, laboratory, radiology, and other departments.
- Providing patient counselling and discharge instructions.
- Managing medical emergencies until consultant arrival.

Duty Schedule

- 8-hour duty shift
- Every 3rd Sunday is a working day
- Weekly off as per hospital schedule.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical clinical exposure under experienced specialists, including:

- Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon – Comprehensive outpatient and inpatient orthopaedic management, trauma care, fracture management, and postoperative care.
- Senior Gynaecologists – Women's health, antenatal and postnatal care, emergency obstetrics,



and inpatient gynaecological management.
- Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon – Evaluation and management of congenital, developmental, and traumatic musculoskeletal disorders in children.
- Minimally Invasive Brain & Spine Neurosurgeon – Clinical evaluation and perioperative management of patients with brain and spine disorders, including exposure to modern minimally invasive neurosurgical practice.

Eligibility

- MBBS, BHMS, BAMS from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
- Valuable communication, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills.
- Fresh graduates and experienced RMOs are welcome to apply.
